In order to prevent children from Hsu Sheng-Ming\u2019s hometown from going astray, Coach Hsu planned to use his expertise in baseball, and devised \"Meinong Little League Ten-Year Plan\". Unfortunately, Coach Hsu passed away due to cardiogenic shock in 2013. Current Chairman of the Hsu Sheng-Ming Baseball Development Association, Ms. Xie Rong-Yao, who is also Coach Hsu\u2019s wife, has founded The Hsu Sheng-Ming International Little League Baseball Championship to continue Coach Hsu\u2019s vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
