The press conference of the 11th Hsu Sheng-Ming International Little League Championship was held on November 14, 2023. This year, in addition to the 32 participating teams, two little league teams from Korea are also invited to join the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approaching the 11th year of the competition, current Chairman of the Hsu Sheng-Ming Baseball Development Association, Ms. Xie Rong-Yao, who is also Coach Hsu\u2019s wife, mentioned that there has been a tremendous support from a lot persons and corporations who contribute to the success in the past 10 years.\nChanghua is chosen to host the tournament this year. The theme is \u3010Changhua 11 for Goodness\u3011. By collaborating with the local Hakka culture in Yongjing, Changhua, not only promoting the baseball sports but also allowing participants to experience the hospitality and customs of Changhua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A baseball classroom is included in the competition this year. Professional pitcher playing in overseas league, Lin Yumin, and CPBL Uni-President Lions pitcher, Hu Zhiwei, will share their experience and train the young players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9 teams out of the 32 participating teams for this edition join for the first time, which includes 2 teams from Korea. The games will be started from November 25 to November 28, 2023 at the Yongjing Baseball Field (main field), Yuanlin Softball Field, Baguashan Baseball Field, and Dadu River Baseball Field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aki-Masa Sports Foundation is one of the main sponsors of this event this year, hoping to provide better competition environment and resources for participants and to continue the spirit of Coach Hsu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
