The Enterprise Volleyball League was founded in the 93rd year of the Republic of China (2004 AD), becoming another new option in domestic team sports, following closely behind baseball and basketball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The establishment of this league stemmed from the rapid growth of domestic volleyball and the continuous improvement of player skills over the years. Despite this, the performance of the national team has remained between third and fourth place in Asia in international competitions, without significant breakthroughs. This is primarily because powerhouse teams in Asia such as China, Japan, and South Korea hold numerous domestic leagues each year, thereby enhancing the technical skills, physical fitness, and mental resilience of players. Therefore, in order to provide more opportunities for competition and accumulate more real-game experience, we organized this league in the year 93 of the Republic of China (2004 AD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023, the Aki-Masa Sports Foundation was delighted to have the opportunity to participate in the 19th Annual A-grade Men's and Women's Volleyball League of the Enterprise Volleyball League.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our editor personally experienced the charm of volleyball on March 3, 2024, at the Yunlin County Sports Center, during the Mizuno-sponsored home week. The match featured Yunlin Mizuno team against the Pingtung Taiwan Power team. With the advantage of playing at home, the Yunlin Mizuno team performed exceptionally well, showcasing their formidable firepower. After a fierce four-set match, they emerged victorious with a score of 3-1 (25-20, 23-25, 25-20, 25-19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volleyball is a sport that requires complete concentration and has a very fast-paced rhythm. Watching the players fiercely compete, diving for balls and spiking without hesitation, the excitement is no less than that of basketball and baseball. The atmosphere and tension of the game at the venue cannot be experienced through television or online platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
