For the 2023\u20132024 season, Mizuno and the Aki-Masa Foundation are honored to collaborate with Taiwan\u2019s professional basketball team, the Formosa Dreamers. The Dreamers are a team deeply rooted in their local community and committed to social responsibility\u2014values that align perfectly with the core principles of Mizuno and the Aki-Masa Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mizuno, founded by Rihachi Mizuno on April 1, 1906, and headquartered in Suminoe-ku, Osaka, has a 118-year history as Japan\u2019s leading sports brand and a globally recognized name. Mizuno Taiwan was established in 1986, and for the past 38 years, the company had not ventured into basketball. Therefore, this 2023 collaboration marks a significant milestone and breakthrough for Mizuno, making it a particularly meaningful endeavor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This cross-industry partnership is not only a new milestone for Mizuno\u2019s brand development but also a testament to its support for Taiwan\u2019s sports development. The collaboration aims to empower players to achieve greater heights on the court while shining a light on Mizuno\u2019s values in the basketball arena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Renowned for its high-quality sports equipment, Mizuno chose to sponsor the Formosa Dreamers because of the team\u2019s relentless fighting spirit and passion for basketball, which perfectly resonate with Mizuno\u2019s brand ethos. The players\u2019 inspiring stories of perseverance have captured the hearts of fans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
